Access to information.

Under the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA), you may request access to records held by JJP Group. Personal information is handled in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

How to request a record

Three steps.

  1. Download and complete Form 2.
  2. Send it to our head office by email or hand it in at Brooks House.
  3. We respond with Form 3, setting out the outcome and any fees payable.
